We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return your product within this period for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA) and the return address.

  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return address.

  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the same process outlined for returns. If the item is available in the desired size or color, we will send the replacement as soon as possible.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at allsportseats@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or customized products


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund still isn’t reflected, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
